Eagle.io currently supports Fixed Coordinate Location and Text File Source Coordinate Location. Is Variable Coordinate Location on the development roadmap? For instance, if we have a time stamp associated with each x,y coordinate in a CSI table, could we automatically locate the device on the Eagle.io map? Could we use the OPC relative time NOW to be defined as a master parameter entered by the user on the Eagle.io website as a historic date/time? This would automatically change the charts and mapping to reflect historic data and location?

Eagle.io allows you to configure a Location to get its Coordinates from:
a. User-defined (static) drag-drop marker or enter coords in properties dialog
b. Data Source contained within the Location
c. Attachment Source contained within the Location (new images that arrive with geo-tagging)
If you are logging Lat/Lng coords in your CSI logger as 2 separate series, simply open the properties dialog of the Data Source, change to the Series tab and select the appropriate table from the Location coordinates dropdown. You can then specify the Lat & Lng series to use (Note: you can optionally tick these series in the parameter assignment screen, but this is not required if you do not want to create additional Lat/Lng parameters). See below for an example:
Ensure you have also selected this Source from the Location properties dialog (Coordinates dropdown).
As new coordinate data arrives it is automatically stored as historic data for the Location and the map marker will reflect the latest coordinates.
Currently, this historic location data is only available via our HTTP API (docs here).
We do have GPS history and alarms on our roadmap which will allow for both reviewing location history and configuring geo-fence style alarms (we'll keep you posted).
@Nick Thanks for the detailed feedback. Regarding the GPS History and Alarms roadmap, would it be possible for the OPC relative time NOW (or variant) to be equal to the time selected in the future date/time slider that is mentioned in your road map so that all of our charts update to that point in history? This way the x,y position and visible data in the dashboard are synced for all field devices?
Thanks for the feature suggestion! We will give it some thought and consideration for our future roadmap.
